A two-night stay revealed some positives, including the great location near dining and playgrounds, which felt safe for our family. However, the experience was marred by a broken toilet, troubling management over visitor restrictions, and unexpected rules that created tension. The outdated accommodations also detracted from our comfort, making this a forgettable visit that I wouldn't repeat.

The location of this hotel really stood out. It's super close to fast food places and shopping. The room came with a working fridge and microwave, which made it easy to keep snacks fresh. I appreciated the nice, cold air conditioning, especially after long days out. The pool looked fun and seemed to be open, which was a plus for the kids. However, we ran into issues with housekeeping—not a single service during our two-night stay. When we returned to the room, the trash was still there, and we had to request clean towels. At least the front desk lady was friendly and brought us towels without any fuss. The ice machine didn't work, and directly outside, the hotel felt a bit worn down. The appliances seemed a bit outdated as well. I expected better cleanliness for the price. Overall, a comfy night’s rest thanks to the quiet atmosphere, but definitely some things need fixing.

Uvalde has some tasty eats nearby, like Hong Kong House that serves up some serious flavor. Golden Chick? Finger-lickin’ goodness, hands down! The service at the hotel was friendly, and the location was spot-on for grabbing grub, being just a hop, skip, and jump from fast food joints like Jack in the Box and McDonald's.
We were pumped for a chill stay, but sadly the pool was closed, and breakfast was MIA. Plus, dusty WiFi and a TV that barely functioned left us feeling stuck in a time warp. For what we paid, we expected a smoother ride.

Decent stay for the price
We spent 2 nights in a double room. The location is super convenient, with an HEB close by and a Sonic just a short walk away, which is great for kids. The fridge and microwave worked well, but the room felt crowded and had some old furniture. The staff were friendly, but the room needed some updates. The pool was nice too!

Good location but needs serious cleaning
I stayed for 2 nights and while the location was convenient with nearby dining options and a decent atmosphere, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The room felt outdated, and I noticed issues such as a dusty floor and an unkempt bathroom. Though the front office staff was nice, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness made for an uncomfortable experience.

Location's solid, right near places to eat and grab snacks. The price is reasonable, making it a quick spot to crash without breaking the bank.
The place, however, is in dire need of a makeover—everything's outdated and feels neglected, from the visibly worn-down furniture to the flaking paint on the walls. During my stay, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I found dead bugs in the bathroom and got hit with a cold shower due to the broken hot water heater. I also dealt with sketchy Wi-Fi and an old TV where half the channels were snowy. To top it off, room service barely showed up—no trash taken out and not enough towels left, which felt a bit shoddy. If you're heading there, just lower your expectations.

Decent stay with great location
I stayed for a couple of nights and found the location to be very convenient, close to fast food and grocery store options. The room was clean and everything worked well, although the breakfast options left much to be desired. It’s not a luxury stay, but it served its purpose as a place to rest while exploring the area.

The pool area looks like it could've been a nice hangout spot after a long day, but it was always dirty and unusable during my stay. The location offers quick access to nearby eateries, making it easy to grab a bite.
I had a cocktail of issues during my stay. First off, I was moved multiple times due to non-functioning essentials like hot water and Wi-Fi. The manager seemed indifferent to my plight, saying the pool issues were due to a broken pump and not being cleaned despite my repeated requests. The television channels were practically a flickering mess, and when I asked for basic amenities like a wake-up call, it was treated like a huge inconvenience. The property overall felt neglected, with many rooms not even available for rent because of the owner's lack of care.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a reasonable experience during my stay. The room was adequate for a family, but cleanliness could use more attention. Enjoyed a quiet night despite some issues. Tip, Double-check your bookings and receipts to avoid any confusion at the front desk. Think twice if you’re traveling with pets.

We had a fun time at the hotel, especially enjoying the nice pool and the BBQ facilities in the evening. The place felt safe while my kids played on the big playground nearby. The only downside was that the pool water could have been a tad clearer.
